You can request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, including any information obtained when you connect a Facebook/Meta account to our Services.
How to request deletion
Choose either option:
- Self-service / email: Send a deletion request to chris@soldcitrus.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and include the name, email, and phone number associated with your use of the Real Estate Genie. We will verify your identity and process the request.
- In-app / on the website: Use the "Delete my data" option in your account settings, or the Data Deletion link in the footer, and follow the prompts.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt and verify your identity.
- We will delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you, except information we are required to retain by law or by real estate/MLS recordkeeping, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations (for example, executed transaction records). We will tell you if any such information must be retained and why.
- We will complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days).
Facebook-connected data
If you connected a Facebook account, deleting your data with us removes the information we obtained through that connection. You can also remove our app's access from your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove "Real Estate Genie."
